Starting out as a strategic planner, Dietmar soon became a highly decorated creative. He was Creative Director with DDB, Executive Creative Director with Ogilvy, Chief Creative Officer and Managing Director with BBDO, working in Hamburg, New York, Munich, Los Angeles and Vienna.
Today, Dietmar works independently as a professional speaker, author, executive coach, and trainer & consultant for transformation, adaptation, innovation and disruptive market strategies.
He owns and runs „BRAINKICKS GMBH“ , which provides information (BRAIN) and inspiration (KICKS) via keynotes, workshops, coachings and custom publications.

Aleksandra sets the direction for the development of the brand’s mission, vision and identity.She has three primary loves: the first is her daughter Matylda, who gives her reasons to be proud every day; the second is people, who are the greatest inspiration for her; and third is numbers - she loves to compile, compare and draw conclusions from them.

Physicist and climate researcher. Diána earned a master's degree in physics from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, studied at Brunel University in London and later earned her PhD in Environmental Science and Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles and Berkeley. She is a Professor at the Department of Environmental Sciences and Policy at the Central European University (CEU) and serves as Vice Chair of the Mitigation Working Group at IPCC’s (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) and an invited member of the McKinsey Global Sustainability Advisory Board. Diána received the Hungarian Republic’s Presidential Award “Medium Cross” in 2008

Zsolt Balog is az entrepreneur by heart with nearly 20 years of experience. He is an expert in product and brand management, sales and startup mentoring. He has worked in the FMCG, Food & Beverages and HoReCa sectors in China, Poland, the UK, Switzerland and Hungary. He is now the founder and CEO of the agritech startup Supp.li, which is a digital food cold-chain ecosystem provider enabling the automation of local food go-to-market while providing cold-chain logistic wholesale and fulfilment services.

Zsolt Bertalan holds a degree in electrical engineering, economics and studied corporate innovation at Stanford GSB. He gained his professional experience in the electricity industry between 2002 and 2013 at MAVIR, where he also held the position of CEO. After that, he was the CEO of the power exchange at HUPX Hungarian Organized Electricity Market Ltd. In 2016, he established the incubator house of the MVM Group, Smart Future Lab Zrt., of which he was the CEO for two years. He played a key role in organizing the innovation activities of the MVM Group, and since 1 October 2018 he has been the Chief Technology Innovation Officer.
